Registration is required for all Conference participants and accompanying persons. For company group bookings, please request further instructions from the registration@cd-cc.si

Upon entering the registration portal, you will first be asked to create a new user account. If you have already set up an account whilst submitting your abstract please use it to sign into the registration portal. Once the registration is complete, you will receive an automatically generated summary to your email address. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via the forgotten password link at the log-in page. The new password will be sent to your e-mail account (please also check the spam folder).

Note: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or late), otherwise the subsequent rate will automatically apply.

Cancellation requests should be submitted to the Conference Secretariat (details below) in writing. All cancellation requests must include details about the bank account from which the payment at registration was made, and a reason for cancellation.

Cancellations received before May 25th, 2024 will be refunded in full, with an administrative fee of 50 EUR deducted.

The refund payments will be made after the conference. Cancellations received after 25th May, 2024 will not be eligible for a refund.

Your registration and all payments will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your registration form and payment or proof of payment. 

Refreshments will be provided free of charge to conference badge holders during session breaks.

Lunches are included in the registration fee.

A conference identification badge will be included in the conference material provided upon Registration. There will be no admittance to the Scientific Sessions without the conference badge. Tickets to social events will be collected at the entrance. 

Certificate of Attendance will be issued to all registered participants.
